Emily Jefferson, founder of Avonya's Blends and our $3,000 grant winner, turned personal challenge into a mission. After a severe health reaction at 16 left her with food allergies, Emily saw a gap in the food industry’s transparency. She founded Avonya's Blends to offer all-natural, clean-label seasonings—free of artificial additives, transparent in ingredients, and rooted in trust. What started as a personal need has grown into a brand making waves in retail and institutional spaces. With blends named after her family, Emily is challenging industry norms, proving that food transparency can be the standard. We’re proud to support her journey!
