I am Amaka Nwafor, I founded Amaka Rose to address the lack of luxury footwear options for women with larger feet and plus-size women, an underserved market in the fashion industry. As a plus sized woman with large feet, for years I have dealt with the frustration of having limited options of brands to shop with,and even more limited options of shoes to choose from that were physically appealing and in my size. My mission is to create high-quality, stylish shoes in extended sizes, ensuring that women no longer have to choose between comfort and fashion.
